1. Orders and Cancellations

• Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our website. Upon payment confirmation, your order enters the processing phase.
• Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 3 days of placing it. To do so, contact us at support@etechcart.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
• Processed or Shipped Orders: If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Refer to our Return and Refund Policy for further assistance.
• Digital Products/Services: Cancellations for digital goods are governed by product-specific terms shown at the time of purchase

2. Shipping and Delivery

• Processing Time: Orders are processed instantly as soon as the order is received.
• Delivery Time: Both standard and express shipping methods deliver within 24 hours. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors.
• Tracking: A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.

3. Returns and Refunds

• Eligibility: Return and place a new order within 3 days after delivery and new order will be delivered in 6-7 working days. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include  the original invoice.
• Initiating Returns: Email support@etechcart.com for return authorization.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A trackable method is recommended.
• Refunds: If approved after inspection, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 days.
• Exchanges: To exchange an item for a different model or variant, please initiate a return and place a new order within 3 days.
• Non-Returnable Items: These include gift cards, downloadable software, and personal care items.
• Damaged or Defective Products: Contact us immediately at support@etechcart.com for replacements or refunds.

4.Privacy and Data Protection
